butternut squash
Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
Preparation
- Place the butternut squash in a pansaver bag, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Fold the pansaver bag closed and cook the squash for 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven. Or use sous-vide cooked butternut squash with chili and lime.
- Cut the cooked squash into thin slices and cut out the desired shape.
- Stack the squash rounds and insert a skewer.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the squash skewers.
- Roast the 'pumpkin kebab' on a mini barbecue.
