Tabbouleh

A fresh salad from Lebanon that can be perfectly served as a side dish.

A delicious combination of tabbouleh, fresh herbs, and the acidity of pickled lemon. We freeze the preserved lemons and then grate them over the salad!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place the pickled lemon in the freezer and prepare the tabbouleh according to the package instructions.
  2. Remove the seeds from the tomato and peppers and then finely chop them.
  3. Slice the spring onion, red onion, and chop the varieties of parsley and mint.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and squeeze the juice from 2 lemons, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grate the pickled lemon over the salad at the table and decorate with flowers.
