Tarte tatin of silver onions and thyme with hamburger

The savory tarte tatins from Didess are true craftsmanship: puff pastry, wooden ring, caramelized pearl onions, caramel with thyme and port.

Ingredients

Mayonnaise of choice
Tarte tatin with pearl onions and thyme
Salsa brava
Hamburger
Cress

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Take the tarte tatins out of the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Cook the hamburger and place it on the tarte tatin.
  5. Finish with salsa brava, a mayonnaise of your choice (for example, enriched with fresh aji amarillo (yellow Peruvian pepper)) and cress.
