
One-bite pitas filled with minced lamb
The one-bite pitas are 4.5 cm in diameter, ideal as a snack. Sprinkle with water, heat in an oven at 80-90°C for 5-6 minutes. For example, fill with minced lamb and serve on a skewer.Ingredients

Apricot and mint dressing
Preparation
- Sauté the red onion until soft.
- Then mix all the ingredients together.
- Form small burgers and cook them in a pan.
- Serve the pitas with some lettuce, chervil, and the apricot and mint dressing.
- Garnish with Borage cress or other edible flowers.
