Tarte tatin cherry tomatoes with anchovies

The savory tarte tatins from Didess are prepared with craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients. Each tarte tatin comes with pre-baked puff pastry and a wooden ring. This variant consists of juicy cherry tomatoes and a subtle hint of cumin.

Tasty-bites Bonito & Takoyaki (or other bonito flakes)
Liquid olives*
Caviaroli Sauce Oliva Verde Líquida
Tarte tatin cherry tomatoes
Cress
Anchovy

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Take the tarte tatins out of the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Fry the tasty-bites for a few seconds in a deep fryer at 180°C and finish with the included herbs.
  5. Finish the tarte tatin with anchovies, liquid olives, caviaroli sauce, tasty-bites or bonito flakes, and cress.
