Tortilla boats

These soft tortilla boats are a hit in many food halls. They are soft tortillas that are easy to fill and can score great as an alternative to a sandwich.

Ingredients

Herb butter
Tortilla boats
Pancoating

Preparation

  1. Spray the tortillas with pan coating or brush them with herb butter.
  2. Briefly place in the oven at 180ÀöC. After cooling, a thin layer forms in the tortilla, allowing them to be filled longer in advance before serving.
  3. Fill with, for example, tuna salad, salmon salad and smoked salmon, eggplant and feta, or pulled chicken with a fried egg.
