Tuscan bread salad

Ingredients

4Sourdough bread slices
50gmeadow herbs
800gVarious types of cherry tomatoes
1Red onion
Olive oil
1.5Hellmann's Vinaigrette balsamic
4gKnorr Professional garlic puree
2gKnorr Primerba Thyme
10gTomato powder

Preparation

  1. Tear or cut the slices of bread into pieces.
  2. Mix the bread with the thyme, garlic puree, and some olive oil.
  3. Bake the bread in the oven for about 8 minutes until crispy and let it cool.
  4. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and slice the onion into strips.
  5. Mix the halved tomatoes with the crispy bread, the onion, and the vinaigrette.
  6. Let the salad rest for half an hour.
  7. Divide the bread salad over the plates.
  8. Finish the dish with the meadow herbs and some tomato powder.
