Radicchio salad with pear, Bastiaanse blue and walnuts

50gRaisins
200gBastiaanse blue
100gwalnuts
1.5Hellmann's Vinaigrette basil
1Radicchio head
2Pears
3Red chicory hearts
1Vene cress tray

Preparation

  1. Clean the radicchio, wash and dry it well.
  2. Slice the red chicory together with the pear into thin slices.
  3. Slice the fennel very thinly and place it in ice water.
  4. Toast the walnuts.
  5. Slice the cheese.
  6. Toss the vegetables with half of the vinaigrette and the raisins.
  7. Divide the salad over the plates.
  8. Finish the salad with the Bastiaanse blue, raisins, walnuts, and the rest of the vinaigrette.
