3Red chicory hearts

Preparation
- Clean the radicchio, wash and dry it well.
- Slice the red chicory together with the pear into thin slices.
- Slice the fennel very thinly and place it in ice water.
- Toast the walnuts.
- Slice the cheese.
- Toss the vegetables with half of the vinaigrette and the raisins.
- Divide the salad over the plates.
- Finish the salad with the Bastiaanse blue, raisins, walnuts, and the rest of the vinaigrette.
