Preparation
- Roughly chop the red chicory and mix it with the washed mesclun salad.
- Quarter the figs.
- Toast the sunflower seeds.
- Pick the edible flowers.
- Toss the salad with some vinaigrette.
- Divide the salad over the plates.
- Finish the salad with the figs, sunflower seeds, and the rest of the vinaigrette.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese together with some orange zest over the salad.
- Scatter the flower petals playfully over the salad.
