Bifteki
Bifteki means minced meat burger, often filled with feta and seasoned with spices such as cumin, chili, and garlic.Chef's tip: Use half-and-half minced meat for a juicy bite and let the spices infuse overnight.Ingredients

Preparation
- Mix the minced meat with garlic, cumin, chili, egg yolks, breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, and parsley.
- Form balls of the desired weight and size. We make balls of about 100 grams and fill them with about 10 grams of feta.
- Flatten the ball and place the feta in the center, fold the meat over and press together.
- Grill the bifteki on the barbecue at 200°C for about 4 minutes.
- Serve with, among other things, lettuce, grilled tomato, kalamata olives, and fresh tzatziki.
