Preparation
- Strain the yogurt overnight in a cheesecloth.
- Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise into four pieces, remove the seeds, and grate them.
- Also strain the cucumber overnight in a cheesecloth.
- Grate the garlic with a microplane, chop the mint.
- Mix all ingredients into tzatziki and garnish with, for example, fresh mint and dill.
