Mint leaves

Preparation
- Blend the feta with red chili, honey, mint, oregano, and parsley until smooth.
- Defrost the filo pastry.
- Spread the mixture over the filo pastry, fold the sides inward, and roll them up.
- You can fry them in a pan, deep-fry, or bake them in the oven. We prefer to deep-fry them. 180°C for about 2 minutes.
