Tiropites

Tiropites are Greek snacks made of crispy phyllo dough, filled with a creamy cheese mixture.Briefly fried until golden brown and crispy and glazed with honey.

Ingredients

Flat-leaf parsley
Mint leaves
Red chili
Honey
Oregano
200gFeta
Filo pastry

Preparation

  1. Blend the feta with red chili, honey, mint, oregano, and parsley until smooth.
  2. Defrost the filo pastry.
  3. Spread the mixture over the filo pastry, fold the sides inward, and roll them up.
  4. You can fry them in a pan, deep-fry, or bake them in the oven. We prefer to deep-fry them. 180°C for about 2 minutes.
