Valentine's Temptation

A grand dessert for Valentine's Day consisting of various sweets.Such as: waffle with vanilla ice cream, beignet with vanilla sauce, fruity broth with pomegranate, orange and mint, and Brachetto d' Acqui with yogurt ice cream and raspberry.

Ingredients

Red coloring
Vanilla waffle batter
apple blossom
Vanilla ice cream

Raspberry chocolate callets
Mini beignet with red fruit filling
Crème anglaise

Fruit (of choice)
2units.itemsPortions of white wine
Cocktail foam mint-lime
2units.itemsPortions of orange juice

Yoghurt ice cream
Brachetto d' Acqui

Preparation

  1. Mix the waffle batter with the red food coloring.
  2. Bake a waffle from the batter in a waffle iron.
  3. Serve the waffle with vanilla ice cream and apple blossom.

  1. Place the beignet on a plate.
  2. Serve with the crème anglaise and grate some raspberry chocolate over it.

  1. Mix the pomegranate syrup, pomegranate juice, white wine, and orange juice into a cold 'broth'.
  2. Place some fruit of your choice in a glass and add the 'broth'.
  3. Pipe some cocktail foam mint-lime on the 'broth' and garnish with Yka Leaves.

  1. Pour the Brachetto d'Acqui into a champagne glass.
  2. Add yogurt ice cream (to taste).
  3. Pipe some raspberry espuma on top and garnish with Yka Leaves.
