Figs in Parma ham

Sweet, salty and soft: this bite has it all. Delicious to serve as a snack, but also perfect as part of a starter.

Ingredients

balsamic vinegar
Rocket
Parma ham
Olive oil
Buffalo mozzarella
Fresh figs

Preparation

  1. Cut the figs into quarters.
  2. Place the fig on a slice of Parma ham.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and place on top of the fig.
  4. Roll them up and bake in an oven at approx. 180°C for about 6 minutes.
  5. Serve with olive oil, arugula, and balsamic.
