Chips made from brick pastry and Parma ham.Ingredients
Egg white
1Pack Parma ham
Herbs
Brick pastry
Preparation
- Brush the brick dough with egg white.
- Place two slices of Parma ham on top.
- Sprinkle with, for example, oregano or another herb mix.
- Place a second sheet of brick dough on top and brush again with egg white.
- Bake the brick dough between 2 baking mats at 180°C for about 9 minutes.
