Ingredients
Orange juice
Sweet tuille mix
Panna cotta
Fishbone mold
Preparation
- Prepare the tuille mix according to the recipe on the packaging, but replace the water with orange juice.
- Spread the mixture in the silicone mold.
- Bake at 170°C until crispy in the oven.
- Melt the panna cotta and let it cool down (to set).
- Whisk until airy and transfer to a piping bag.
- Pipe dots of the panna cotta between two crispy fish bones.
