Creamy warm artichoke dip with spinach and cheese, golden brown from the oven and perfect to share with crispy bread.This recipe is for about 4 to 5 dipping bowls.Ingredients

100gGrated cheese
200gHerb cream cheese
200gFrozen spinach
1Egg
240gArtichoke heart
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Let the spinach thaw completely, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in a food processor until smooth.
- Grease ramekins or small oven dishes and divide the dip among them.
- Grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake the dip for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Serving tip: serve warm with crusty bread.
