Warm artichoke dip

Creamy warm artichoke dip with spinach and cheese, golden brown from the oven and perfect to share with crispy bread.This recipe is for about 4 to 5 dipping bowls.

Ingredients

Pepper
Salt
10ggarlic puree
100gGrated cheese
200gHerb cream cheese
200gFrozen spinach
1Egg
240gArtichoke heart
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Let the spinach thaw completely, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Grease ramekins or small oven dishes and divide the dip among them.
  4. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake the dip for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  6. Serving tip: serve warm with crusty bread.
