Warm olives with orange, herbs, and garlic, aromatic and perfect as a Mediterranean snack.Ingredients
175gGreen olives
30mlOlive oil
8ggarlic puree
3Thyme sprigs
2Juicing oranges
4peppadews
3Rosemary sprigs
175gBlack olives
Preparation
- Zest the peel of 1 orange with a zester.
- Juice both oranges and use the juice.
- Strip the rosemary and thyme leaves from the stems.
- Finely chop the peppadews.
- Mix all ingredients with the olives and olive oil.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Heat in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C.
- Serve warm.
