Wok dish with egg noodles

Stir-frying takes little time but creates intense flavors.

Ingredients

wok oil
Sesame oil
Finely chopped shallot
egg noodles
chicken thigh meat
150gcoarsely chopped pak choi
44593finely chopped Chinese cabbage
3Soy sauce
1hon mirin
Chopped garlic
1Oyster sauce

Preparation

  1. Briefly place the noodles in hot water, rinse immediately with cold water, and drain.
  2. Heat a little wok oil and sesame oil in a wok. Add a chopped shallot and the minced garlic.
  3. Add 500 grams of diced chicken thigh and stir-fry well.
  4. Add the Chinese cabbage and bok choy and mix everything well together.
  5. Add the noodles.
  6. Add the soy sauce, hon mirin, and oyster sauce.
