Preparation
- Mix the honey mustard with the honey.
- Finely grate the garlic and add to the honey mustard mixture.
- Mix the panko with the parsley, lemon zest, and olive oil.
- Brush the salmon with the honey mustard mixture.
- Spread the panko mixture evenly over the salmon and press down well.
- Bake everything at 180°C in the oven until the salmon reaches the desired doneness.
