Salmon with a crispy honey-mustard crust: juicy, with a sweet and spicy outer layer.

Ingredients

1units.itemsgarlic clove
90gPanko
23gHoney-mustard
2Chopped flat-leaf parsley
30mlOlive oil
1Lemon zest
400gSalmon (skinless)

Preparation

  1. Mix the honey mustard with the honey.
  2. Finely grate the garlic and add to the honey mustard mixture.
  3. Mix the panko with the parsley, lemon zest, and olive oil.
  4. Brush the salmon with the honey mustard mixture.
  5. Spread the panko mixture evenly over the salmon and press down well.
  6. Bake everything at 180°C in the oven until the salmon reaches the desired doneness.
