Preparation
- Cut the cucumber into thin ribbons and marinate them for 10 minutes in the sushi-zu.
- Fry the vegetarian chicken pieces and add the onion and garlic at the last moment.
- Let this fry briefly and season with salt and pepper.
- Steam the bun.
- Place the cucumber ribbons inside the black steamed bun.
- Place the chicken pieces on top.
- Spoon a little wasabi furikake over just before serving.
