70gchicken ragout
20gCoarse mustard

20gcaramelized onion chutney

25gGreen pesto
10ggarlic croutons
15mlOlive oil
1onion soup
10gTarragon

Preparation

  1. Briefly toast the brioche bun.
  2. Heat the chicken ragout in the steamer in a closed package or gently heat per portion in a pan.
  3. Briefly bake the bacon in a hot oven until crispy.
  4. Fry the cheese croquette according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Top the brioche bun with the croquette and coarse mustard.
  6. Heat the desired amount of onion soup and add a small spoonful of pesto at the last moment.
  7. Serve the different dishes and bites on various plates and in different bowls, optionally on a beautiful board.
