Appetizer of prawn and curry

The perfect combination of juicy prawns and spicy curry in this flavorful and easy appetizer. Delicious as a snack, starter, or as a small addition to dishes.

From 1 sheet of brick dough, 3 appetizers can be made.

Ingredients

Egg white
green curry paste
Fresh basil
Prawns
coconut flour
Furikake seasoning
Sriracha mayonnaise
Brick pastry

Preparation

  1. Mix a little egg white with the green curry paste using a whisk.
  2. Cut a sheet of brick pastry into thirds, brush it with the egg white mixture.
  3. Place a basil leaf in the center and put a prawn on top.
  4. Then sprinkle with furikake seasoning and coconut flour.
  5. Roll it up and bake in the oven at 180°C until crispy.
  6. Serve warm with a little sriracha mayonnaise.
