Ingredients
Egg white
green curry paste
Fresh basil
Prawns
coconut flour
Furikake seasoning
Sriracha mayonnaise
Brick pastry
Preparation
- Mix a little egg white with the green curry paste using a whisk.
- Cut a sheet of brick pastry into thirds, brush it with the egg white mixture.
- Place a basil leaf in the center and put a prawn on top.
- Then sprinkle with furikake seasoning and coconut flour.
- Roll it up and bake in the oven at 180°C until crispy.
- Serve warm with a little sriracha mayonnaise.
