200gBeef teriyaki

Preparation
- Cook the jasmine rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Gently heat the beef teriyaki in a small pan.
- Peel the carrot and remove the seeds from the zucchini.
- Cut the carrot and zucchini into batonnets of about 10 centimeters long.
- Blanch the bimi briefly.
- Mix the tempura flour with ice water and keep adding water until the desired thickness is reached.
- Dip the various vegetables in the tempura batter and fry until golden yellow.
- Serve the rice together with the beef teriyaki and tempura vegetables and garnish the dish with daikon cress.
