Preparation
- Cook the soba noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Place the sticky ribs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 6 minutes until crispy in a hot oven at 190°C.
- Marinate the soba noodles with the ponzu vinaigrette and chili sauce.
- Put the noodles in a bowl and place the sticky ribs on top.
- Garnish the dish with sliced spring onion, ghoa cress, bean sprouts, and toasted sesame seeds.
