20gMicro leaves

60gCauliflower cream with lemon pepper
50gDutch shrimp
0.12units.itemsTray of purple shiso
Preparation
- Put the cauliflower cream in a piping bag and pipe the desired amount into a cocktail glass.
- Arrange the Dutch shrimp on top of the cream.
- Garnish the shrimp cocktail with the cresses, micro leaves, and crispy nori.
- Drizzle the whole with olive oil.
