30gPineapple-mango chutney
40gAvocado
3gRed chili
20gWhole grain red rice
150gWild rice mix
30gLime
15glime-coriander mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Roast the chicken for 10 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
  3. Use the sauce from the chicken as a dressing for the rice.
  4. Clean the avocado and cut into nice wedges.
  5. Slice the red chili into fine rings.
  6. Arrange all components together in a nice bowl or deep plate.
