5gLemon thyme
25gHungarian pork neck
25gCream cheese with chives and garlic
5gTarragon
200gLimburg mustard soup
Preparation
- Put the desired amount of soup in a small pan and heat gently.
- Bake the sourdough roll according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice the pork neck thinly using a slicer.
- Score the top of the sourdough roll in a cross pattern and fill the cuts with the pork neck, herb cream, mizuna lettuce, tarragon, and lemon thyme.
