
Enchanting spicy apple
These apples are enchantingly delicious. Spreadable, based on white cheese, paprika & peppers. Delicious on toasted bread!Halloween is the perfect occasion to show your creativity. We are happy to inspire you for this. Our chefs went into the kitchen to create accessible, but certainly also surprising creations. Adding a touch of Halloween to your menu is a piece of cake this way!
Ingredients for about 30 little apples.

Honey
Cocoa butter
500gwhite cheese 55+
500gred pointed pepper
drop of red food coloring
silicone mold mela, cieglia & pesca
2Red chilies
Preparation
- Halve the bell pepper and chilies.
- Remove the seeds, but leave the membranes.
- Remove the stem.
- Roast the bell pepper and chilies on the barbecue or use a blowtorch.
- Squeeze out any excess moisture if needed, but leave the charred skin on.
- Blend this in a food processor into a puree.
- Add the white cheese and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Pipe this into the mold and freeze.
- Heat the cocoa butter with a little honey and, if desired, red coloring.
- Once everything is well melted, dip the frozen apples in it.
- Let thaw before serving.
