Spicy candies, delicious to serve after dinner or to give to your guests. Ingredients for approximately 12 spicy sour candies.Halloween is the perfect occasion to show your creativity. Ingredients
100mlWater
200gFine granulated sugar
25mlBeet juice
70gglucose syrup
drop of red food coloring
about 1 teaspoon Tabasco
silicone mold peperoncino
fizzy
decorative powdered sugar (snow top)
Preparation
- Heat all ingredients together to 149ÀöC.
- Pour into the mold and let it set.
- Blend the fizzy in the food processor until powdered.
- Mix this with the snow top to taste.
- Dip the set pepper candies in this mixture.
