
Puff pastry sticks with ras el hanout
Breadsticks are easy to make but add just that little extra to a dish.Ingredients
Puff pastry
Ras el Hanout
Egg white
kitchen foil
Preparation
- Let the puff pastry thaw. Mix the egg white with ras el hanout (use a whisk).
- Brush the pastry with the egg white mixture and place a second sheet of puff pastry on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and roll out evenly and thinly.
- Cut into thin strips, twist slightly, and place on the baking mat. Brush with a little more of the egg white mixture and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Bake at 180°C until crispy.
- Serve with a dip of your choice.
