Puff pastry sticks with ras el hanout

Breadsticks are easy to make but add just that little extra to a dish.

Ingredients

Puff pastry
Ras el Hanout
Egg white
kitchen foil

Preparation

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Mix the egg white with ras el hanout (use a whisk).
  2. Brush the pastry with the egg white mixture and place a second sheet of puff pastry on top.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and roll out evenly and thinly.
  4. Cut into thin strips, twist slightly, and place on the baking mat. Brush with a little more of the egg white mixture and sprinkle with a little salt.
  5. Bake at 180°C until crispy.
  6. Serve with a dip of your choice.
