Dutchy pancake

Dutch pancake with Dutch shrimp, samphire, and crème fraîche.

Ingredients

Algae powder
Crème fraîche
Samphire
tomberry tomatoes
Dutch shrimp
Spring onion

Preparation

  1. Add a little seaweed powder to the pancake batter.
  2. Cook the pancakes as described in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page).
  3. Blanch the samphire.
  4. Top the pancakes with Dutch shrimp, samphire, spring onion, and crème fraîche.
  5. Finish with a few tomberry tomatoes.
