Preparation
- Cut the pork belly into cubes of 3 by 4 cm.
- Marinate these cubes with unagi until use.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the soy sauce.
- Add lemon juice and finely chopped chives.
- Heat the pork belly in an oven at 200°C for 3 minutes.
- Coat the pork in sesame and puffed rice.
- Serve on a skewer with the soy mayonnaise on the side.
