Gold bar of pistachio ganache

By using gold spray and creating shapes, we make this pistachio ganache truly special.

Ingredients

380gUnsweetened whipped cream
200gchopped pistachios
1200gdark chocolate 70.5%
gold spray for chocolate
100gAmaretto

Preparation

  1. Bring the cream to a boil, pour over the chocolate, add the amaretto and pistachios, and mix everything until a nice emulsified mass forms.
  2. Pour into molds and chill.
  3. Remove from the mold and spray gold spray over the ganache.
