Granité of cucumber and ponzu

Tip: Serve with a starter of smoked mackerel and cucumber flan.

Ingredients

fresh cucumbers
ponzu dressing
KitchenAid with ice shaving attachment

Preparation

  1. Press fresh cucumbers through a juicer and collect the juice.
  2. Season with ponzu dressing and a little salt.
  3. Freeze in small containers.
  4. Shave into a fine granita using the machine.
