fresh cucumbers
ponzu dressing
KitchenAid with ice shaving attachment
Preparation
- Press fresh cucumbers through a juicer and collect the juice.
- Season with ponzu dressing and a little salt.
- Freeze in small containers.
- Shave into a fine granita using the machine.
