Gyoza with a crispy layer

Gyoza with a crispy layer is a flavorful Asian dish that combines crunchy textures and delicious fillings.

Ingredients

gyoza from Dim Sum Chef (flavor of choice)
Furikake
cornflakes
hoisin, teriyaki, or unagi sauce
black and/or white sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Prepare the gyoza from Dim Sum Chef according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Spoon a layer of the desired sauce onto a flat plate so that the bottom of the plate is covered.
  3. For the crunch, coarsely grind the cornflakes in a food processor and then mix together in a bowl with the sesame seeds and furikake.
  4. Spoon a layer of the crunch mix onto another flat plate so that the bottom of the plate is covered.
  5. After preparation, dip the flat underside of the gyoza first in the sauce and then in the crunch mix.
  6. Serve the gyoza with the crunch facing up.
