gyoza from Dim Sum Chef (flavor of choice)
Furikake
cornflakes
hoisin, teriyaki, or unagi sauce
black and/or white sesame seeds
Preparation
- Prepare the gyoza from Dim Sum Chef according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Spoon a layer of the desired sauce onto a flat plate so that the bottom of the plate is covered.
- For the crunch, coarsely grind the cornflakes in a food processor and then mix together in a bowl with the sesame seeds and furikake.
- Spoon a layer of the crunch mix onto another flat plate so that the bottom of the plate is covered.
- After preparation, dip the flat underside of the gyoza first in the sauce and then in the crunch mix.
- Serve the gyoza with the crunch facing up.
