
Melon marinated in vodka with raw ham
The vodka gives this otherwise traditional dish quite a kick.Ingredients
piel de Sapo melon
Raw ham
Vodka
Preparation
- Cut piel de sapo melon into small cubes and vacuum them with a splash of vodka so the vodka is fully absorbed by the melon.
- Remove the melon cubes from the vacuum, grate some fresh lime zest over them, and place a slice of raw ham on top.
