Indonesian coffee variation with spekkoek liqueur

In addition to Irish Coffee, Spanish Coffee, and French Coffee, Indonesian Coffee is increasingly appearing on the menu at many cafés and restaurants.

Ingredients

coffee
granulated sugar (optional)
Fresh whipped cream
Sayah Spekkoek liqueur
Cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Pour 1 part Sayah into an Irish Coffee glass, warm it slightly and optionally add two teaspoons of granulated sugar.
  2. Add 2 parts fresh coffee and stir well.
  3. Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon powder.
