Preparation

Pour 1 part Sayah into an Irish Coffee glass, warm it slightly and optionally add two teaspoons of granulated sugar.
Add 2 parts fresh coffee and stir well.
Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon powder.
