
Kataifi rolls with almond paste
Crispy kataifi rolls filled with creamy almond paste and finished with vanilla syrup and pistachio.Sweet dessert from Greece.
Ingredients
Almond paste
vanilla syrup
Melted butter
kataifi dough
pistachio nuts
Preparation
- Make small rolls from the almond paste.
- Let the kataifi dough thaw, pull it apart well, and brush with melted butter (use a brush).
- Roll the paste tightly in the dough and bake until crispy at 180°C.
- Warm the vanilla syrup and dip the baked rolls in it (fully submerge).
- Finally, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Tip: store well-sealed in a box, not in the fridge.
