Crispy egg with capers

Deliciously crispy!

Ingredients

Panko
Egg white
Capers
Eggs

Preparation

  1. Rinse the capers clean under the tap.
  2. Pat dry and let dry in the oven at 100°C until completely dry.
  3. Blend them with panko in the food processor until a fine powder (the amount of capers relative to the panko is to taste).
  4. Boil fresh eggs for 3 minutes, cool quickly, and peel.
  5. Chill well.
  6. Whisk egg white and dip the eggs in it.
  7. Bread in the panko/caper mixture.
  8. Fry crispy in oil.
