Roasted lamb köfte

Roasted lamb köfte with a fresh bulgur salad, tzatziki, and a mini pita.

This recipe will be presented during the Chef's Table Daily Fresh Food at the Horeca Event at HANOS Apeldoorn on September 26, 2023.

Ingredients

1lamb köfte
80gbulgur salad
1Tzatziki
1mini pita
1Pomodori marinati
10gMint
10gCoriander

Preparation

  1. Place the köfte on a baking tray and heat in a hot oven at 180˚C for 10 minutes.
  2. Scoop the bulgur salad into a bowl and mix with the finely chopped mint, coriander, and marinated tomato.
  3. Toast the pita.
  4. Arrange everything together on a plate.
