Ingredients

Lemon juice
1Banana
Limoncello

200glime sorbet
Cocoa butter

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients into an ice shake.

  • Melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter.
  • Make round balls of the sorbet and freeze well.
  • Dip the balls in the chocolate and store in the freezer.

  • Pour the ice cream shake into a glass.
  • Place the chocolate ice cream balls on top of the glass.
