
Mexico coffee churros
In the patisserie magazine, we have created a number of coffee variations including small sweet bites.These perfect combinations are ideal for guests who don't want dessert, but can be tempted by something extra.
Ingredients
200mlcoffee
45mltequila
Mexico warmth
cocoa powder
Churros
30mlBebo Cuban coffee liqueur
Debic whipped cream
1Brown sugar
Cinnamon sugar
semi-whipped cream

Preparation
- Dissolve the brown sugar in the hot coffee.
- Pour the coffee, tequila, and coffee liqueur into the glass.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder.
- Fry the churros.
- Let them drain briefly and then dust with the cinnamon sugar.
- Mix the semi-whipped cream with the salty caramel (to taste) and serve as a dip with the warm churros.
