Asian steamed bun with chicken thigh, sugar lettuce, and coriander.

Ingredients

100gchicken thigh meat
1units.itemshead of sugar lettuce
mini-buns
1chopped coriander
Pepper
1units.itemsRed onion
beet sprouts
Salt
3Japanese sesame sauce

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken thigh meat and season with sesame sauce and salt.
  2. Steam the buns in a steamer basket or in the steamer.
  3. Pick and wash the sugar lettuce.
  4. Cut open the steamed bun and place the sugar lettuce inside.
  5. Spoon in the chicken thigh meat and red onion.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the beet sprouts and chopped coriander on top.
