Preparation
- Fry the chicken thigh meat and season with sesame sauce and salt.
- Steam the buns in a steamer basket or in the steamer.
- Pick and wash the sugar lettuce.
- Cut open the steamed bun and place the sugar lettuce inside.
- Spoon in the chicken thigh meat and red onion.
- Finally, sprinkle the beet sprouts and chopped coriander on top.
