Pats boem dessert - Meringue – salty caramel and vanilla ice cream

Meringue served on a scoop of ice cream and salted caramel sauce. The approximate cost price per person is €1.86.

Ingredients

20gSalted caramel crumble
80gSalty caramel topping
1units.itemsscoop of vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream

250Fondant
25gSalted butter

Preparation

  1. Bread the ice cream in the salted caramel crumble.
  2. Place on the meringue and pipe the salted caramel topping over it.
  3. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a salted caramel crumble.

  1. Heat the fondant to a light caramel.
  2. Stir in the butter.
  3. Pour onto a baking mat and let harden.
  4. Break into pieces and blend in the food processor to a powder.
  5. Distribute over a baking mat using a sieve and melt in the oven at 170°C until crispy.
  6. Place this on the whipped cream on the dessert.
