250gBonduelle red lentil and carrot Pépites
Preparation
- Cook the Pépites for 8 minutes in salted water and drain. Rinse with cold water.
- Cook the red rice as indicated on the package, rinse with cold water and keep chilled.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients with a hand blender.
- Cut the avocado into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Cut the mango into cubes. Slice the radish.
- First, divide the red rice in a bowl, then add the mango cubes, radish slices, edamame beans, and avocado strips.
- Garnish the dish with the dressing and black sesame seeds.
