Preparation
- Moisten the roti sheets and heat them in a frying pan.
- Fry the breaded chicken pieces until crispy. Count about 6 pieces per sandwich.
- Mix the roti sambal with crème fraîche and some canned corn to taste.
- Place iceberg lettuce, fried bean sprouts, and blanched yardlong beans on the roti sheet.
- Place the warm chicken on the roti sheet, garnish with the sauce, and finally sprinkle some roasted peanuts on top.
