Foam of vanilla and yoghurt

We make this foam using a pond pump!

Ingredients

6gyogurt powder
400gWater
11.5gbubble (Sosa)
100gvanilla syrup (Monin)

Preparation

  1. Using an immersion blender, mix 100 grams vanilla syrup (Monin), 400 grams water, 11.5 grams bubble, and 6 grams yogurt powder.
  2. Let it set briefly, then use a pond pump to create foam (best at room temperature).
