Stick bolognese

Egg pasta with tomato ragù sauce, also known as lasagna on a stick. We serve this bite with a tomato béchamel sauce.

Ingredients

Bechamel sauce
Stick bolognese
Diced tomatoes
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Drain the diced tomatoes in a sieve (save the juice for another preparation).
  2. Mix some of the diced tomatoes into the béchamel sauce.
  3. Place the Italian sticks in an ovenproof dish. Spoon the tomato-béchamel sauce over them.
  4. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Heat the sticks in the oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
  6. Finally, grate some more Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
