10Olive oil
Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk and oil.
- Combine the two mixtures into a smooth batter and stir gently.
- Heat some butter in the pan and pour the batter into the pan.*
- Flip the pancake when small holes appear on the surface.
- Briefly cook the other side.
- *Tip: Use a baking ring to cook the pancakes in a nice, round shape.
