600gwhole egg mix

10Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and stir in the milk and oil.
  3. Combine the two mixtures into a smooth batter and stir gently.
  4. Heat some butter in the pan and pour the batter into the pan.*
  5. Flip the pancake when small holes appear on the surface.
  6. Briefly cook the other side.
  • *Tip: Use a baking ring to cook the pancakes in a nice, round shape.
